ICH Staff Accommodation

The project consists of the retrofit and extension works associated with the existing ICH Staff Accommodation building owned by Al-Futtaim Real Estate. In addition to the main civil and MEP scope, mainly two solutions are provided: creating a new stormwater drainage system and providing structure waterproofing system. 

To ensure project success, our team is collaborating with SIKA GCC to provide a specially made waterproofing system.
